Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 27, 2026 · Last updated: October 27, 2026

This policy covers this website and the messages you send us. Each of our apps has its own complete privacy policy, listed in section 3.

1. Who we are

RejectedAlts Studios, a trade name registered in Ohio, Avon, Ohio, United States. For anything to do with privacy, write to support@rejectedaltsstudios.com.

2. This website

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and has no forms or accounts.

Hosting logs. Our website host may keep short-lived server logs (such as your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser type) to run and protect the site. We do not use them to identify visitors.

Links. Pages link to Google Play and to Google's policies. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

3. Our apps

Each app's own policy is complete for that app:

4. When you contact us

If you email or call us, we receive your email address or phone number, your name if you give it, and what you tell us, for example a question, a bug report or a refund request with a Google Play order number. We use it only to deal with your request and, where needed, to keep a record of a refund or a legal matter. We do not add you to any mailing list.

5. Who else handles information

  • Our email and phone service providers carry and store the messages you send us.
  • Our website host serves this site and may keep the logs described in section 2.
  • Google Play processes purchases and refunds of our apps; when a refund has to be processed there, we share what is needed with Google Play.

We do not sell personal information.

6. How information is protected

This website is served over HTTPS. Messages you send us are kept in a business mailbox with access limited to the studio.

7. Retention and deletion

Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any legal duty, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner. Hosting logs are kept by our website host for its own short retention period; we do not copy them.

8. Children

This website and our apps are intended for people aged 13 and older. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact support@rejectedaltsstudios.com and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@rejectedaltsstudios.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.

10. California residents (CalOPPA)

  • Personally identifiable information we collect: through this website, none apart from the hosting logs in section 2. If you contact us, your contact details and your message.
  • Third parties: our email and phone service providers, our website host, and Google Play for purchases and refunds (section 5). We do not sell personal information.
  • Reviewing and changing your information: email us and we will show you what we hold, correct it or delete it.
  • Changes: we post the new policy at this address with a new effective date.
  • Do Not Track: see section 12.
  • Tracking across sites: we do not allow any third party to collect information about your activity across other websites through this site.

11. EU and UK residents

  • Controller: RejectedAlts Studios, Avon, Ohio, United States, support@rejectedaltsstudios.com.
  • Purposes and legal basis: we use messages you send us to answer you (our legitimate interest in replying, or the purchase contract when the message is about a purchase or refund); our host keeps server logs to run and secure the site (legitimate interest).
  • Recipients: our email and phone service providers, our website host, and Google Play for purchases and refunds.
  • Where it is processed: in the United States.
  • Retention: as long as needed for your request and any legal duty (section 7).
  • Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Email us to use them.
  • Complaints: you can complain to your national data protection authority.
  • Required information: Contacting us is voluntary. We need contact details to reply and sufficient order information to identify a purchase for a refund; without that information we may be unable to handle the request.

12. Do Not Track

This website does not track visitors, so it does not respond differently to a Do Not Track signal.

13. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, the new version is posted at this address with the effective date updated at the top.
