FlexTimer Pro Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 27, 2026 · Last updated: October 27, 2026

FlexTimer Pro is an Android™ app by RejectedAlts Studios, coming soon to Google Play. This page is the complete privacy policy for that app.

In short: FlexTimer Pro has no account, no sign-in and no ads, and it sends nothing to us. Your timers and settings stay on your device. Google receives purchase and diagnostic information through the Google Play billing components in the app, and Google Play services keeps a small trial record. If you contact us, we receive what you send.

1. Who is responsible

RejectedAlts Studios, a trade name registered in Ohio, Avon, Ohio, United States. Privacy contact: support@rejectedaltsstudios.com.

2. What the app stores on your device

The app keeps the following in its private storage on your phone. None of it is sent to us.

  • Your timers and groups: names, lengths, sounds and alert settings, and how they are organised.
  • Your settings.
  • Photo backgrounds: when you pick a photo, the app saves a copy in its private storage. The app uses the Android photo picker, so it never gets access to your whole photo library.
  • A small record of the 14-day trial and of your purchase status.

3. What leaves your device, and who receives it

  • Google Play purchase. If you buy, Google Play processes the payment under the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service. We do not receive your card or bank details. Google Play gives us a record of the order, such as the order number and the product, so we can handle refunds.
  • Google Play billing components. The app includes the Google Play billing components so it can sell and check the purchase. They send purchase information and diagnostic information about your device and the app to Google, which handles it under Google's privacy policy. Nothing is sent to us.
  • Trial record held by Google Play services. Google Play services keeps a small record of when the trial started. When your Android backup is on, it can be included in that backup. Clearing the app's storage does not delete it, and while backup is on, uninstalling the app does not delete it either.
  • Your own Android backup. If you have device backup turned on, Android may copy the app's data, such as your timers, groups, settings and photo copies, to your Google account, or to a new phone when you transfer your data. The app keeps its purchase status and some internal records out of that backup. The backup belongs to you and is controlled by your device settings, not by us.
  • Messages you send us. If you email or call us, our email or phone service provider carries your message to us (section 5).

We do not sell personal information. The app contains no advertising.

4. Permissions and why the app asks for them

PermissionWhy

Google Play Billing and network accessAdded by the Google Play billing components so the purchase can be made and checked through Google Play.

The app does not ask for location, contacts, camera, microphone, call or SMS permissions.

5. Retention and deletion

  • Data in the app's private storage stays on your device until you delete it, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. We never have a copy.
  • The trial record held by Google Play services and your Android backup are governed by your Google account and device settings (section 3).
  • Purchase information is held by Google Play under Google's policies. Order records we receive are kept as long as needed for refunds, tax and other legal duties.
  • Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any legal duty, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

6. How information is protected

App data is kept in the app's private storage on your device, protected by app isolation on Android and your device lock. Purchases are processed by Google Play. Messages you send us are kept in a business mailbox with access limited to the studio.

7. Children

FlexTimer Pro is intended for people aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact support@rejectedaltsstudios.com and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@rejectedaltsstudios.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. The app itself sends us no personal information, so for most people we hold only the messages they sent us.

9. California residents (CalOPPA)

  • Personally identifiable information we collect: none through the app. If you contact us, your contact details and your message; if you buy, the order record Google Play gives us.
  • Third parties: Google, for purchases, the billing components' diagnostics, the trial record and your own Android backup; our email and phone service providers, for messages you send us. We do not sell personal information.
  • Reviewing and changing your information: email us and we will show you what we hold, correct it or delete it.
  • Changes: we post the new policy at this address with a new effective date.
  • Do Not Track: see section 11.
  • Tracking across sites and apps: the app does not show advertising and does not itself follow your activity across other apps or websites. Google Play, the Google Play billing components and Google Play services, which handle purchases and the trial record (section 3), may collect information about your activity over time and across different apps and websites under the Google Privacy Policy. We do not control that collection.

10. EU and UK residents

  • Controller: RejectedAlts Studios, Avon, Ohio, United States, support@rejectedaltsstudios.com.
  • Purposes and legal basis: we use messages you send us to answer you (our legitimate interest in replying), and order records to handle refunds and meet legal duties (the purchase contract and legal obligations). Google processes your purchase and the billing components' diagnostics under its own privacy policy.
  • Recipients: Google, and our email and phone service providers.
  • Where it is processed: in the United States.
  • Retention: as long as needed for your request and any legal duty (section 5).
  • Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Email us to use them.
  • Complaints: you can complain to your national data protection authority.
  • Required information: Contacting us is voluntary. We need contact details to reply and sufficient order information to identify a purchase for a refund; without that information we may be unable to handle the request.

11. Do Not Track

The app does not show advertising and does not itself track you across other apps or websites, so it does not respond differently to a Do Not Track signal.

12. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, the new version is posted at this address with the effective date updated at the top.
